Human in the loopWhy
The term was added in #33 with its definition intentionally deferred. This PR proposes the agreed wording so readers can understand the required human checkpoint and its relationship to Human on the Loop and Handoff.

The taxonomy UI will display a concrete definition and scope note for
Human in the loopinstead of the pending-definition placeholder.Validation
